We are an “Old Church with a New Beginning” who gather for worship, teaching, outreach, practical ministry, and fellowship. It is our goal to share the gospel and provide an opportunity for Christian growth in our community, in our state, in our nation and in our world. We believe that the gospel is the power of God for salvation and that only by surrendering your life to Christ can you experience forgiveness and abundant life.
We held our first service September 19, 1926 and we have continued to share God’s love in the Bon Secour community located between Foley and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Like many older churches our membership has declined in recent years, but we have adopted an aggressive revitalization plan. We are in a growing community with over 200 homes planned or under construction within two miles of our Church.
We are praying that God would send mission minded Christians who are willing to be co-laborers with us to reach this community for Christ.
